This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through https://pokemoncenters.shop.

Processing

Orders are normally processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day. During launches, promotions, or other high-volume periods, processing may take longer.

Delivery areas and estimates

We currently ship to destinations available at checkout. Estimated delivery time is generally 5 to 10 business days after dispatch, depending on destination, carrier, weather, customs, and other external factors. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Shipping charges

Available shipping methods and charges are shown at checkout before payment. Shipping charges may vary by destination, order size, service level, and carrier. Any applicable taxes, duties, customs charges, or import fees are the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Tracking and delivery issues

When tracking is available, we will send the tracking information to the email used for the order. If tracking shows delivered but the package cannot be found, check with household members, neighbors, building management, and the carrier first. Incorrect address, refused, or returned packages

Please check your address before submitting an order. We may be unable to change an address after shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply when a package is returned because of an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to collect it. Split shipments and pre-orders

Items in the same order may ship separately when they are available at different times. A pre-order or delayed item may ship later than in-stock items. We will use the contact information in the order for material shipping updates.
